You are allowed to carry for free one suitcase and one hand luggage, plus a buggy.
Extra Baggage
If you do have a third luggage or a sport equipment, you will be asked to pay an extra bag ticket on top of your Adult ticket.
Refund
Claims are only accepted when:
- The service is cancelled without prior notice.
- If the shuttle bus service is effected or interrupted due to the failure of a motor vehicle, for a period of time where there are no other scheduled departures or not an alternative service within 60 minutes travel time fail;
As a “Refund” customers will be able to choose from the options of full restitution of the Shuttle amount spent or travel with another shuttle bus within the same day.
In case the mean of transport became unusable during the trip, the company will ensure reaching the destination with a substitute bus (direct route or connected to a resting stop).
